This Privacy Policy explains how SpinBridge Limited (Hong Kong, Company / Business Registration No. 80754332), operator of SpinGODS, collects and uses personal data. We aim to comply with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”).

1. What we collect

• Account data — email address, name, login details.
• Early-access requests — the details you submit on our landing page (such as name, email, role, project), used to contact you about access, onboarding and pricing.
• Usage data — content you create on the platform and technical logs needed to run and secure the Service.
• Payment data — handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use it

• Providing and improving the Service.
• Contacting you about early access, onboarding and pricing.
• Security, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

We do not sell personal data. We use it only for purposes consistent with those above, as the PDPO requires.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, email, payments), under appropriate safeguards, or where the law requires it.

4. Retention

We keep personal data no longer than needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it.
