Every milestone in a quest is a thing that must appear — and it moves through four gates: Generate, Organize, Deliver, Synthesize. A gate transition is pushed by real work and closed by evidence, so “how mature is this?” is a fact in the record, not a feeling in a status meeting.

RSD is the non-transferable trace of verified contribution in SpinGODS. It is not a token, not a currency, not ownership, and not something you can buy. It is a reputation record created from accepted contribution and recognized downstream effect.
Each accepted contribution can create a fixed base trace. Later, that trace can grow when other accepted work builds on it — through reuse, citation, adoption, bridge, merge, or other recognized contribution events.
That is the point: not points for being busy, not status bought with money, and not a popularity contest. A contributor’s trace grows when their work becomes useful enough for others to build on.
